Kakobuy spreadsheet links after the August outage: what still works for EU buyers

Kakobuy status and terms, checked 10 October 2026

Status labels on this site follow one rule set: Working means the site loads and recent reviews show orders moving; Operating means it loads but recent evidence is thin; Reported means warning signs without confirmation; Shut down needs an owner statement, a dead domain or a documented raid. See the full agent status list for every agent side by side.

Why Kakobuy pulls the most searches in Europe

Kakobuy is the most searched agent in our keyword file by a wide margin, and most of that interest comes from Poland, with Germany and Spain behind it. That size matters for spreadsheet users: almost every community sheet ships with Kakobuy links already formatted, so a list built for Kakobuy rarely needs conversion. The homepage currently leads with a $410 coupon bundle for new accounts and two notices aimed squarely at our readers: one about EU shipping lines that stay duty-free for the buyer, and one about tax-free routes for American customers. Read those carefully. 'Duty-free line' means the line prices the tax in or handles clearance for you; it does not mean the EU stopped charging import VAT or the €3 per-category duty introduced on 1 July 2026.

The coupon bundle is real money only if you spend in the right shape. Large bundles are split into vouchers with minimum parcel values, so a single €40 hoodie will unlock a small piece of it. Plan a consolidated parcel and the vouchers start to matter.

Where Kakobuy trips people up

Downtime is the first issue. The site went offline for a short stretch in mid-August 2026 and TikTok filled with raid stories within hours; none were backed by evidence and the site came back, but it showed how fast panic spreads. If Kakobuy is down when you check, wait a day before moving a balance anywhere. The second issue is volume: a busy agent means busy support queues, and several recent Trustpilot complaints are about waiting for answers on returns rather than about lost goods.

Moving Hipobuy spreadsheet links to Kakobuy

A row in a Hipobuy spreadsheet is a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing wrapped in a Hipobuy address. To open it on Kakobuy, take the marketplace part: the Taobao id= number or the Weidian itemID= number. Rebuild the plain marketplace URL, paste it into Kakobuy's search bar, and the same product appears at the same seller price. Shipping, storage and photos then follow Kakobuy's rules rather than Hipobuy's.

Do it in batches of five or ten. Some listings will have sold out since the sheet was made, and it is easier to spot those when you are not converting a hundred rows at once. Our Hipobuy links page shows each link format with an example.

What a Kakobuy parcel costs in Germany after July 2026

Say you buy two hoodies through Kakobuy for €60 in total and pick a line that quotes €18 for the parcel. Germany charges 19% import VAT on goods plus transport, about €14.82. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category in parcels up to €150 sent under IOSS; this basket has 1 category, so €3. Landed cost: roughly €95.82, before any carrier handling fee.

Two things move that number most. Splitting one basket into two parcels can double the category duty, and mixing many item types adds €3 each time. Our EU landed-cost calculator runs the same sum for your own basket, and the Germany guide covers carriers and delivery times.

Kakobuy next to Hipobuy

Hipobuy's help centre states a free purchasing service: you pay the item, Chinese domestic delivery, the international line and a customs declaration charge of about ¥10 per parcel. Returns are possible within five days of an item reaching the warehouse, at the cost of both shipping legs plus ¥5. Set those against Kakobuy's terms above and the difference usually comes down to storage time, photo count and the line price for your country.

Before your first Kakobuy order

• Send support one simple question and time the answer.
• Find the storage period and the fee that starts after it.
• Note how many QC photos are free and what extra photos cost.
• Check the payment surcharge for card, PayPal or bank transfer.
• Order one inexpensive item first and follow it all the way to your door.

These five checks take less than an hour and tell you more about Kakobuy than any review average. Keep screenshots of the terms you read, since agents change wording without notice.

Getting a Kakobuy parcel through EU customs

Every parcel entering the EU pays import VAT from the first euro. Since 1 July 2026, parcels worth up to €150 sent under the IOSS scheme also pay a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category inside. Declarations must describe the goods truthfully; under-declaring is illegal and is exactly what customs checks look for. Goods that infringe trademarks can be seized whatever the declared value. A clean parcel is one with accurate contents, sensible weight and a line that handles VAT properly.

Our country guides add the local detail: Germany, France, Spain.

What to look at in Kakobuy's QC photos

Check the label and size tag first, because a wrong size is the cheapest problem to fix before shipping. Then look at seams and stitching at stress points, the colour against the listing under neutral light, and any hardware such as zips and buckles. For shoes, ask for both shoes side by side and the soles. If something is off, raise it while the item is still within the return window; once a parcel leaves China, fixing it is rarely practical.

Our QC guide walks through the same checks with Hipobuy's process in mind.

Spreadsheet categories that suit Kakobuy

Light, low-risk categories make the best first orders on any agent: T-shirts, caps, belts and jewellery cost little to ship and are easy to check in photos. Shoes and jackets need closer QC and more parcel weight. If you are building a basket, our filtered pages help: jerseys and sportswear, watches and sneakers. Every link there opens on Kakobuy once you use the marketplace URL.

Who Kakobuy suits

Kakobuy is the safe default for anyone working from a ready-made spreadsheet, because the links already fit. Compare its line prices with Hipobuy's estimate page before paying, since the two often swap places depending on weight and country. If you prefer someone else to handle the account side, our WhatsApp service can quote the same items.
