Upfront estimates first: a Lovegobuy spreadsheet guide for French buyers

Facts we could confirm about Lovegobuy

Lovegobuy sits in the Working group on our agent status list, next to Mycnbox, Oopbuy, Litbuy.

Why French buyers know Lovegobuy

Lovegobuy draws around 12,100 monthly searches from France and less than a tenth of that from the US. Reviewers often mention estimating shipping cost before ordering; earlier reviews quoted roughly $10 per kilogram on some lines, though prices move with fuel and season, so treat that as history rather than a quote.

Its review count of 633 sits between the giants and the small agents, with a 4.3 average on the Trustpilot listing we saw on 10 October 2026.

Where to be careful

Storage terms at Lovegobuy have historically been shorter than the 90 days Hipobuy gives, so confirm the current number on its help pages before buying items that will sit waiting for others. Our reader could not open its fee page through the Cloudflare check.

Opening our finds and your old rows on Lovegobuy

Every find in the grid above, and every row in a Hipobuy spreadsheet, resolves to a marketplace product. Lovegobuy accepts those product links directly. If a link points to Hipobuy, look for the product ID after id= or itemID=, rebuild the Taobao or Weidian address, and use that.

One practical tip: convert links on a computer rather than a phone. It is easier to check the size table and variant names side by side, and mistakes in variants are the most common cause of returns.

A worked France example for a Lovegobuy parcel

Say you buy a jacket, a cap and a belt through Lovegobuy for €95 in total and pick a line that quotes €21 for the parcel. France charges 20% import VAT on goods plus transport, about €23.20. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category in parcels up to €150 sent under IOSS; this basket has 3 categories, so €9. Landed cost: roughly €148.20, before any carrier handling fee.

Two things move that number most. Splitting one basket into two parcels can double the category duty, and mixing many item types adds €3 each time. Our EU landed-cost calculator runs the same sum for your own basket, and the France guide covers carriers and delivery times.

Hipobuy or Lovegobuy? The terms side by side

Where Lovegobuy publishes a number and Hipobuy does not, such as a fixed count of QC photos, that is a point in Lovegobuy's favour for careful buyers. Where Hipobuy is clearer, for example its written five-day return window after warehousing, it gives you a firm deadline to act on photos. Neither agent's terms replace the parcel quote, which is where most of the real difference between agents shows up.

Questions worth asking Lovegobuy support

Ask which lines to your country include import VAT and the €3 category duty in the price, and which leave them to be paid on delivery. Ask how long items usually take from 'arrived' to 'photos available'. Ask whether parcel insurance covers customs seizure as well as loss. The answers, and how quickly they come, are a good test of whether Lovegobuy suits you.

Hipobuy's own insurance terms, for comparison, cover loss, damage and customs seizure under its compensation standards, with claims due within 7 days of delivery or 45 days of dispatch.

Lovegobuy lines for Germany, France and Spain

Look for three things on each line Lovegobuy offers: whether import VAT and duty are included, whether tracking continues once the parcel reaches the local carrier (DHL or Deutsche Post in Germany, La Poste or Colissimo in France, Correos or a courier in Spain), and the weight band you are paying for. A line that hands over to the national post usually gives the smoothest delivery; private couriers can be faster but sometimes ask for clearance fees.

Write down the line name with the parcel number. If something goes wrong, support will ask for both.

A short checklist for Lovegobuy buyers

Start with the money side: top up only what you need for the current order, and pay by a method that lets you dispute a charge. Then the item side: compare the QC photos with the listing, measure garments against the size chart, and ask for an exchange before the return window closes. Finally the parcel side: choose a line that shows the tracking handover to your local carrier, and keep the parcel weight within the band you were quoted.

None of this is specific to Lovegobuy, which is the point: the same habits protect you on any agent.

Building a basket on Lovegobuy from our lists

Start from the Hipobuy finds page or the grid above, pick items in two or three categories at most, and check the size charts before adding them to Lovegobuy. Fewer categories mean a lower EU duty, and similar items pack more tightly. A mixed basket of a pair of trainers, two tees and a cap is a classic first parcel and lands well under the €150 IOSS limit in most cases.
